Additional leisure activities
The educators are responsible for the extensive range of courses and leisure activities and receive support from teachers and honorary staff. The content of the offer is based on the needs and interests of the children. The course leaders present her twice a year offer to the children. The children have the opportunity to change courses several times a year. Our goal is for the children to find out what interests them and what gives them pleasure in “fun and games”. You should discover your strengths and expand your knowledge.

During a long school day, the children look forward to a delicious and healthy meal in the classroom. The joint lunch not only serves to supply nutrients but is also an important social event in everyday life.

Individuelles Lerncoaching
Luma Learning bietet allen unseren Schüler:innen eine zusätzliche Lernhilfe/ Lernförderung am Nachmittag an. In kleinen Gruppen von 2 bis 6 Kindern werden Lerninhalte 2x pro Woche wiederholt, vertieft und geübt.
Schulgarten
Unsere Kinder haben mit ihren Pädagog:innen unseren Schulgarten auf dem Schulhof aufgebaut und bepflanzt. Dort lernen sie zwischen Kirschbaum, Obststräuchern und Hochbeeten mit allen Sinnen soziale, kognitive, motorische und psychomotorische Kompetenzen.

Im Obergeschoss des Freizeithaus
Personal und Schüler:innen können gerne auf die Schulbücherei zugreifen, um zu schauen, was alles verfügbar ist. Ausleihe ist allerdings nur persönlich in der Bücherei möglich
MITSprache
MITsprache ist ein Projekt der Stiftung Fairchance mit dem Ziel, die Deutschkenntnisse von Kindern gezielt zu fördern und so ihre Bildungschancen zu erhöhen. In Kleingruppen lernen Kinder der Klassenstufe 1 bis 3 spielerisch die deutsche Sprache.
Ergotherapie
Ergopedia gUG bietet ergotherapeutische Unterstützungsangebote während der Schulzeit an. Es werden Motorik, Konzentration und Sozialverhalten geschult. Kinder werden sowohl in Kleingruppen als auch individuell im Unterricht gefördert.
Lernwerkstatt
In der Lernwerkstatt können unsere Schüler:innen in kleinen Lerngruppen mathematisch-naturwissenschaftlich forschen, entdecken und ausprobieren.
Durch die bereitgestellten Materialien lassen sich die Schüler:innen inspirieren und folgen ihren Interessen. Ihre Ergebnisse halten sie in einem Forscher:innenbuch fest und präsentieren diese ihrer Lerngruppe.
Das Projekt "Zauberhafte Physik" möchte Kindern von 6 bis 12 Jahren zum Experimentieren anregen und an die Physik heranführen. Die „Physikpat:innen“ kommen dazu an unsere Schule und bieten Experimente zu wechselnden Themenfeldern an.
Bewegungsbaustelle
Unsere Bewegungsbaustelle fördert durch Spiel und Bewegungsaktivität die motorischen Grundfertigkeiten: Gehen, Springen, Klettern und Balancieren.
Freizeithaus
In unserem Freizeithaus verbringen die Kinder die Freizeit im Ganztagsangebot. Das Haus bietet für die Kinder der Klassenstufe 3 bis 6 Bereiche zum Erholen und Ausruhen, Kochen, Basteln und Bewegen.
In der Projektwoche des MitMachZirkus werden unsere Kinder zu einem Teil der Zirkusfamilie. Als Artist:innen wachsen sie nicht nur über sich hinaus, sondern auch als Klasse zusammen. Am Ende werden alle kleinen Stars von der Schule und ihren Familien bei der großen Gala gefeiert.

Traditions are very important to us and we are proud of that. Our students regularly take part in sporting events such as the national youth games , the swimming bear, the park run , the pendulum relay, girls’ soccer tournaments , the drumbo cup and many more. In order to strengthen the class and school community, we organize holiday trips and a variety of project weeks, but also our spring and autumn cleaning. In addition, we all celebrate together - carnival, children's day, Christmas, day of the best, etc.

Our steering group continuously develops our school. It consists of more than 10 committed members and is made up of the school management, teachers and educators. The steering group meets once a month at the school and once a year drives to the gates of Berlin to devote two days to the development of the school.
Another tool of school development is the Berlin school inspection. This is carried out by the SenBJF. The quality of all Berlin schools is examined and evaluated at regular intervals by a professional outsider.
